The disk contains a copy of Commodore Educational Software Disk Games II, see also C64 Wiki. It contains one additional Basic program that shows information about free software. From the load address $1C01 it looks like the disk was created on a C128. This seems to be from a PD collection sold by Christian Bellingrath with 49 C-64 disks and 20 C-128 disks for 10,- DM and 15,- DM respectively. The PD copy service was also advertised in Atari Magazine 05/1987 on page 8, also in Computergenealogie 2/1986 Heft 5, page 147, also in Amiga-magazin 8/9 1987 page 79 and 02/1988, also in Dator Magazin 01 1989 and likely more.
